How your manuscript and details are handled.

What I collect

Only what you send me. That means your email, the manuscript file, your cover art, and the metadata needed to build a listing: title, author name, contributors, categories, and description.

What I do with your manuscript

Your files stay in my working storage for the duration of the job and are used only to produce your deliverables. I do not train anything on them, resell them, share them with third parties, or republish them. I do not register your work or take a rights or royalty stake.

Where your files go

Finished files are uploaded to the storefronts your bundle covers, using your own publisher account or one you direct me to. Those platforms have their own terms, which you agree to as the account holder.

Retention

I keep your source files and deliverables for 90 days after handoff so that reissues and corrections are straightforward. After that they are deleted. Ask at any time and I will delete them sooner.

This website

This site is static. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookie, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser. The only outbound request is to Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces.
